Hi, I’m Monica Bourgeau—a Purpose & Livelihood Coach, healer, and award-winning author passionate about guiding soulful women through transformative experiences that reconnect them with their inner wisdom.

I’ve been immersed in the world of sound healing for over a decade as a dedicated attendee and recently deepened my practice by completing Sound Bath Immersion Training with Shalom Mayberg in 2024. This experience and advanced training allows me to create deeply restorative sound healing experiences that promote clarity, balance, and emotional release.

In my sound healing sessions, I combine ancient practices with modern tools to create a sacred space where you can release stress, gain clarity, and realign with your true essence.

Much like discovering your life’s purpose, sound healing invites you to move through layers of tension, self-doubt, and old patterns—helping you find clarity, balance, and a sense of calm as you reconnect with your authentic self.

I use a professional set of Melodic Phrygian Scale Empyrean Crystal Singing Bowls in my practice. My mystic bowls contains each note of the main 7 chakras which make up a full Egyptian-like Phrygian scale. My bowls are set within 5 cents of the Perfect Pitch 432Hz Perfect Pitch Tuning Standard, harmonizing perfectly with each other as well as other 432Hz tuned instruments.

I offer small group and individual sound healing sessions by appointment.
